Cancellations + Reschedules + No-Shows

Your appointments are very important to me, as they are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I require at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations and/or reschedules with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Should you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, the full cost of your appointment will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind that showing up late for your appointment will effect the length and nature of your service. I understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete service possible in the time remaining. Arriving too late to perform the service will result in a cancellation and the associated cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is the most important thing to me. I want you to absolutely love your lashes and the experience. Due to the nature of the service, there are NO refunds on any services rendered. In the uncommon event that you develop a reaction to the lash extensions, I will gladly assess the situation and if need be, remove the lashes for you at no charge. If you are unhappy with the style of your lashes, please contact me within 24 hours, and we will get you in, to better achieve your desired look. If you wait to contact me about any issues after a 24 hour period, my policy is no longer valid.

Fill Policy 

40% or more of your lash extensions must be present (after removal of outgrown lashes) to qualify for fill pricing. Anything less than 40% retention will be considered and charged as a full set. Fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks. Anything booked beyond 23 days from your last appointment will be considered and charged as a full set.
